A bus stop is located right outside of the complex entrance with routes that can take you to the School of Dentistry or the College of Medicine in twenty minutes or less. The eastern edge of campus is also accessible via the bus in about ten minutes more.

In addition to a quick ride to campus, you can also enjoy the convenience of many local attractions. If you take the 34 bus, you can go explore the Florida Natural History Museum in about twenty minutes. For the student who prefers fine arts, stay on the 34 bus just a moment longer and visit the renown Harn Museum of Art. After your visit to the museum, Corks and Colors, a wine and canvas shop, is also a short bus ride away if you are inspired to create your own art.

Movie buffs will love Gainesville Place as you can catch all of the latest films at the Regal Cinemas 14. The theater is located only twenty minutes away via either the 35 or 34 bus routes, ensuring you can easily get your movie fix whenever you need it.

When you want to gather with friends and dance the night away, great nightlife is found by taking the bus up to West University Avenue. A plethora of bars, clubs, and restaurants await you just a thirty-minute bus ride away. Once there, consider checking out Rockey’s Dueling Piano Bar, a local favorite, and enjoy live music, comedy acts and try out your skills at open mic night! For a quieter night on the town, you might also try the highly-rated Dragonfly Sushi and Sake Company for some top-notch sushi.

I chose it because it was the one of the cheapest places near campus that still gave me a private bedroom/bathroom.

It's very cheap, mostly because I kept renewing and keeping old rates.

The staff is spread too thin. Maintenance isn't consistent and the period of time during moving in/out is very disorganized.

Just needed a standard, comfortable and affordable apartment during my last two years. Signed because my friend had an open spot in her apartment. Maintenance is pretty bad but I haven’t had big enough issues to make it unbearable. The speed bumps suck and wreck my car.

Roommates, easy bus access, affordable

Hassle to go out to bars

Great price for rent, maintainence was helpful and swift, soccer field was a great place for running sprints, a general sense of community, speed bumps were a pain the ass

The gym was well kept and the office staff was always friendly

All of the speed bumps I had to get through to make it to my apartment (13.. I counted)

Lower management was great, upper management was horrible. Good apartment, and although it was too far from campus, the busses came on a frequent basis to make access to campus easy

Affordable and big apartment with my own bathroom

Too far from campus

The complex was close to Archer Rd and classes. However, management was awful. They never addressed issues from move-in and were never resolved after living there for 1 year.

Rent was really cheap and affordable.

There's no safety in the apartment complex at all. Multiple people had things stolen from their apts including their bicycle as well as personal items inside of their apts. Maintenance sucked.

I don't like how far it is from campus or the new rent structure. The neighborhood is kinda sketchy, but it's alright.
