Nature lovers will find something to enjoy at Gator Park as well. Take in some scenery at the University Gardens. You can access it by foot in thirty minutes or catch the C bus to get there in twenty. For more serious hiking, you can take the 5 bus and in around thirty minutes, arrive at the Clear Lake Nature Park, which features beautiful live oaks, wild birds and wetlands.

In addition to being incredibly close to campus, you will also enjoy newly renovated kitchens and bathrooms in your apartment. Gator Park also features an on-site laundry facility making your days of running to the laundromat a thing of the past.

Location was my priority. We each get our parking spots.I have to ask in advance for a guest park that can only last up to 3 days. When I have visitors (parents for example) coming to drop things off, I have to make them wait in the car to avoid towing. That's unnecessary.
